 Yes. The Fairway Xpress simulator is designed for both indoor and outdoor events, provided the location meets our minimum space and height requirements. Before your event, we'll review your venue details to ensure the setup is safe and suitable, delivering a seamless experience regardless of the location. 

 For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure electronic bank transfers. A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of your event. 

 Booking is simple. Submit an inquiry through our website or contact us directly, and our team will work with you to customize the perfect experience for your event. Once your event details are confirmed and your reservation deposit is received, your date will be officially secured. 

 Absolutely. Every Fairway Xpress event includes a dedicated on-site event attendant who manages the simulator, assists guests, and provides technical support throughout your rental. We handle every detail so you can focus on enjoying your event and creating lasting memories with your guests. 

 We recommend reserving your event at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons and weekends. Popular dates can book quickly, so securing your reservation early is the best way to guarantee your preferred event date. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability—contact us, and we'll do our best to make your event happen.
